Recent storms have dumped over 2 feet of great early season snow above Timberline, giving us enough coverage to fire up the lifts and get the season started! We are planning to operate two lifts Friday, Saturday and Sundays, from 9am to 3pm, as weather and conditions permit. We are planning on operating the Palmer Chairlift for skiing and riding, accessed by the Magic Mile Chairlift. Skiers and riders should be prepared to download on the Magic Mile. The only skiable terrain at this time is on the Palmer Snowfield.

Check our conditions page for web cams and up-to-the-minute lift status information.

Early season discounted lift ticket pricing will be $54 (adults age 18-64), $46 (teen age 15-17), and $36 (junior/senior). Rates will increase when we are able to open more lifts. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Season Passes will be available for purchase and valid immediately! Check out the Mt. Hood Fusion Pass – valid for the entire winter season at both Mt. Hood Skibowl and Timberline Lodge. New this year: Fusion Pass holders will automatically be a part of the Powder Alliance – providing a total of 30 free lift tickets at other partner resorts. Check out all the details here.

Upper mountain skiing and riding is recommended for advanced intermediate and above skill levels only. No beginner terrain is available at this time. Due to early season conditions, low snow areas may exist. Please remain on groomed runs at all times. Always ski and ride in control. Always read and obey all on hill signs.
